My counselling experience spans nearly a decade in settings including charities, community organisations & private practice. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds presenting a wide range of issues such as hoarding disorder, perinatal & fertility issues, anxiety, trauma, bereavement & relationship difficulties. Through this work, I have developed an understanding of the importance of reflective practice, ethical awareness, and the relational depth that underpins effective therapy.Practice description
My goal is to provide supportive, collaborative, and reflective space to deepen clinical work. Focus is on ethical practice, professional development, and therapist wellbeing. using an integrative approach with sensitivity to a range of therapeutic modalities to facilitate growh and development. Central to my practice is encouragement of creativity, self-reflection, and growth in clinical practice.
If you are looking for a safe, constructive, and enriching supervision relationship, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
