Hello, I鈥檓 Louise Southern. I work primarily from a humanistic perspective, offering a warm, non-judgemental, and accepting space where you can safely reflect and explore emotional challenges. My aim is to support you in making sense of your experiences, helping to ease emotional distress and promote personal growth.
