About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Den. I'm a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, Play & Creative Arts Therapist and Supervisor in private practice near Abergavenny.

My approach is rooted in the belief that every person鈥檚 experiences and needs are unique. I aim to meet you where you are and support you in finding a way forward.

If you choose to work with me, my aim is to create a safe, respectful, and open therapeutic space where you feel truly heard. Together, we can explore the challenges you鈥檙e facing and work toward a path that feels lighter and more manageable.

Practice description

I offer a free 30-minute consultation during which we can see how we feel about working together.

Sessions are 50 minutes on a weekly basis either in person or online.

I am a qualified Pluralistic Therapeutic Counsellor and the Person Centred approach underpins all my therapeutic work.
