About me and my therapy practice

As a supervisor, I draw on a range of therapeutic frameworks to support you in a way that is responsive to your individual practice, learning style, and developmental needs. My supervision is person-centred, relational, holistic, and trauma-informed, creating a space that is both supportive and appropriately challenging.

I integrate counselling, coaching, and creative methods where appropriate, supporting both the clinical and personal aspects of your practice. Whether you are newly qualified, in training, or an experienced therapist, my approach is flexible and attuned to your stage of professional development.

I have experience facilitating group supervision for both student and qualified counsellors. I can offer group supervision sessions for up to four supervisees. These 2-hour sessions provide a supportive, collaborative space to reflect on your practice, share insights, and learn from peers.

If you already have colleagues or peers you'd like to form a group with, I can facilitate tailored supervision for your established group. Alternatively, if you're interested in joining a group but don’t have one in place, feel free to get in touch I may be able to match you with others at a similar stage in their professional journey.

In addition I offer Reflective Practice sessions for individuals working in emotionally demanding or high-pressure roles, whether within organisations or as self-employed professionals. These sessions provide a supportive space to process experiences, build resilience, and sustain wellbeing in challenging work environments.
