About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor working in private practice and for a counselling charity.
I have a particular interests in working with young people, parents, ASD & ADHD and women navigating chronic health conditions and life transitions. Through my professional and lived experiences , I understand the challenges that can arise when trying to make sense of ourselves and our relationships with others, particularly during important stages of life.
My experience of working in a variety of settings, including schools, has enabled me the privilege of supporting children, young people and adults navigating complex emotional, mental, and social challenges.
