I currently have some availability. Sessions available on zoom, telephone and in person. In person sessions are only available Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday morning.

As an experienced integrative counsellor with a psychodynamic foundation, I offer a warm, calm, and confidential environment where your thoughts and feelings are welcomed and respected. My approach is tailored to you—drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs and goals.
With over fourteen years of experience, I’ve supported individuals dealing with:

• Postnatal depression
• Low self-esteem and self-worth
• Lack of direction or feeling lost
• Stress and burnout
• The lasting impact of negative early life experiences

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ) and work within their ethical framework to ensure safe, professional, and compassionate care.
Practice description
I run my practice online and in person. Online gives flexibility on where you would like your sessions and can fit around your day.
In person sessions are located near the centre of Chelmsford.
My first session
After your initial enquiry, we arrange a free telephone call to discuss counselling and how it will work. In this call I take some details and discuss what has brought you to therapy. This helps us both to feel how we can work together and answer any questions you may have. We would then proceed to book in your first session which would discuss further what is happening for you.
