About me and my therapy practice

Relationally informed & systemically trained integrative counsellor, one-to-one in London and online.

I’m a qualified therapist and counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÍø±¬ÃÅ), with over 15 years’ experience across health and community settings. Over time, I’ve met people at many stages of life, each bringing their own story, uncertainty or turning point. That experience has deepened my respect for the complexity of people's lives and the resilience we can find, even in times of distress.

I work one-to-one with adults seeking support to cope with and make sense of a range of difficulties including relationship issues, experiences of emotional or psychological abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, grief and loss, separation or divorce, midlife transitions, menopause, work-related stress, and major life upheavals.

For many people, these challenges can surface during key life transitions, such as changes in family roles, caring responsibilities, midlife reflection or shifting identities within relationships and work. Therapy offers space to make sense of these experiences, strengthen self-awareness and move towards a more grounded and fulfilling next chapter.

My professional development includes postgraduate training in Contemporary Relationship Studies, together with training to Intermediate Level in Systemic Practice, aligned with AFT- accredited standards, and advanced training in early intervention support for families. This blend enriches my practice and deepens empathic understanding to help individuals explore and change unhelpful patterns, recognise relational and social influences, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating.

I offer a calm, respectful and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain perspective and find ways to move forward. At the heart of therapy is a genuine human relationship, built on trust, curiosity and compassion, where change begins through being validated and understood.

Practice description

As a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, my practice is underpinned by the principles and values of the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I aim to work in an anti-oppressive, equitable and inclusive way, building a collaborative relationship where your wellbeing stays central to our work together.

I use an integrative approach, drawing on a range of well-established therapeutic methods to support each person’s unique needs. From a person-centred perspective, my work is grounded in empathy, acceptance and positive regard, recognising you as the expert in your own life.

When relevant and helpful, I draw on specific therapeutic approaches including systemic thinking, which develops an understanding of relationship dynamics and relational patterns; psychodynamic therapy, which explores the influence of early experiences and attachments; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which helps manage thought, feelings and behaviours; and solution-focused brief therapy, which brings attention to goals and practical change.

The therapeutic relationship is central, a collaborative, trusting space where reflection can lead to insight and meaningful change. Sessions are paced at a level that feels right for you; some people choose short-term therapy to focus on a specific concern, while others prefer longer-term exploration and personal growth.
