About me and my therapy practice
I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor with experience of working with adults. I offer in person sessions in Buckfastleigh, Chudleigh Knighton or Newton Abbot, or online video or telephone sessions for greater flexibility, and to suit your needs, whether you are in or outside the UK.
Practice description
Whether you have reached and are trying to navigate a major crossroad in life or are struggling with relational issues, bereavment, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, or any other issue, you are guaranteed a safe environment to explore ways forward that work for you.
I have experience of working with a clients from a wide variety of clients including military veterans and emergency service personnel, and can offer outdoor walk and talk therapy, where practicable, and for clients who feel the counselling room or online is not for them.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute consultation, via Zoom, to discuss your specific needs and this is an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you.

I work in an integrative way, bringing knowledge and methods from different counselling approaches, to help you discover the core issues underlying current life challenges and to help you find ways to manage those challenges. I offer a safe environment for you to share your experience and find your own route forward.
In addition, I offer warmth, non-judgement, kindness and compassion, while working to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ) ethical standards.
Practice description
In addition to traditional talking therapies, outdoor walk and talk therapy is an easily accessible option for local clients who want to explore ways of working therapuetically using the natural environment as the therapy room.
I have specialist training and experience of supporting clients through bereavement and grief and loss, and counselling military veterans and blue light service personnel.
I hold an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision for face-to-face, online and telephone working.
My first session
The first 20-minute online consultation is free. This gives you a chance to see if you feel that I am the right supervisor for you.
Thereafter, each 1-hour session is £50.
