About me and my therapy practice
My work with you aims to be collaborative and support you to explore difficult emotions, feelings or unhelpful behaviours.
Often we will look at what your life has been like prior to coming to therapy. We will explore how the things that have happened to you, and the relationships around you have impacted your life in the present. This will hopefully give you greater insight into your thought patterns and behaviours. This increased awareness will provide you with more freedom to choose a path towards a happier life.
