About me and my therapy practice

I care deeply about creating a space that feels safe, respectful and genuinely human. Over time, therapy can become a relationship that allows for real shifts - quiet ones and powerful ones. I feel fortunate every day to be part of that process, and it’s why I continue to do this work with care, curiosity, and commitment. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods depending on what suits you best - because no two people are the same. Sometimes that means exploring your thoughts and emotions more deeply, and other times it means offering practical tools to help you move forward.

My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to overcome challenges and thrive in various aspects of your life, together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, we will focus on understanding your concerns and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. I combine power of therapy and psycho education to foster understanding, resilience, and positive change.

I offer a warm and welcoming space where we can work together to embrace your neurodistinct qualities and help your ambitions bloom. I work online, globally and face to face. With a Diploma in Counselling, Coaching and with years of professional and personal experience, I specialise in dealing with anxiety, burnout and low self-esteem.

Talking to a counsellor might be the only time you truly feel heard - without judgment, without interruption, and it may be the change you are seeking. If you're ready to take that first step, I offer a free initial consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

For some people a one off single session is enough to formulate their concern and explore a solution which would enable them to deal with the presenting issue. Other people chose to have a number of one off sessions or access weekly ongoing therapy. The choice will be yours.
