About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page, thank you for choosing to click on it.
Are you feeling stuck, anxious or low in some way? Struggling to comprehend certain life experiences, or wanting to understand yourself in more depth? I work with people to notice unhelpful patterns in life and explore ways to move forward.
I am a pluralistic practitioner, which means I was trained to adapt my approach to the person sat before me. I work with people aged 18+ on a wide range of issues that may be impacting them. Whilst the approach may differ depending on need, it is my aim to ensure everyone I work with feels heard and respected within the therapeutic relationship we establish together. This is a space where you can express yourself without judgement.
Practice description
It can be very difficult to open up to someone new (as a previous client of therapy myself I remember this all too well!), however it can also be incredibly powerful.
My role as a counsellor is not to ‘fix’ you, as no one is in need of ‘fixing’. However what I can do is sit with you in the dark places and, if it feels helpful, work towards finding a way back towards the light.
If you feel we would be a good fit to work together, then please email me to arrange a free introductory call.
