About me and my therapy practice

welcome, I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor in the Derby and surrounding area. I am committed to my own professional development, ensuring i continue to work ethically, adhering to the regulations set out by the 网爆门 so i can be an effective therapist for clients. As an Integrative therapist i have several modalities of counselling to draw on to create a plan to best help the individual. My approaches are Psychodynamic, CBT and Person Centred.

I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration of self and any other difficulties you may have been presented with. I have over three years experience working in schools counselling and mentoring. When it is appropriate i like to use that creative therapeutic way of working with adult clients as it can be quite positive and powerful.

Practice description

Taking that first step and deciding to attend counselling can be a daunting experience. I offer a free 30 minute session where you can briefly explore the reasons why you wish to attend counselling. This gives us a chance to meet and for me to see if i have the correct skill set to work with what you are bringing and also for you to decide if you would like us to continue working together.
