About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered integrative psychotherapist with a background in the arts and two decades of experience in therapeutic practice. My training includes psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and CBT approaches. The heart of my work lies in helping clients bring unconscious patterns into view, so they can stop repeating what no longer fits and begin to live from something real. My practice is shaped by a psychodynamic frame, grounded in practical, attuned presence. I work with you, as things unfold. I offer weekly sessions online.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a fully qualified Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals explore, heal, and move forward into fulfilling, authentic lives.
You may be exploring therapy for a variety of reasons - perhaps you’re facing uncertainty about your next steps in life or navigating a challenging experience. Therapy offers a space to reflect, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or simply looking to understand yourself better, I provide a supportive, professional environment tailored to your needs.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from teenagers navigating academic pressures to individuals in their 80s reflecting on life transitions. My practice supports people through challenges such as:
• Grief, including the profound loss of a child
• Trauma, including experiences of rape, child abuse, and narcissistic relationships
• Complex PTSD and cumulative trauma
• Anxiety and eating disorders
• Mental health diagnoses, such as bipolar disorder
• Attachment difficulties and relational challenges
• Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism diagnoses
• Career uncertainty or struggles with academic pressures, including A-levels
• Divorce and navigating significant life changes
I’ve also supported highly sensitive individuals and those who may not know why they’re struggling, walking alongside them to uncover and address the root causes of their challenges.
As a trauma-informed therapist with integrative training, I draw on a range of approaches to meet your needs. This includes psychodynamic principles, inner child healing, and somatic awareness, combined with insights from neuroscience and consciousness studies. My approach is collaborative and deeply client-centered, ensuring that we work together to create a process that feels right for you.
