About me and my therapy practice
Online only
Are you feeling called to explore something deeper in yourself, something beyond anxiety , confusion, or emotional pain?
Perhaps our going through a spiritual awakening, a major lift shift, or a time when the old ways of being no longer feel right. You might feel raw, disorientated, or strangely aware that something within you is trying to emerge, but you鈥檙e not sure how to meet it.
This work is for you if you鈥檙e ready to turn inward with honesty, care and courage.
I offer depth-oriented therapy using Psychosynthesis and Internal family systems, two powerful approaches that support self awareness, integration and inner transformation. My style calm grounded, and spacious. I meet you where you are, helping you explore your inner parts, patterns and spiritual experiences without judgment.
You don鈥檛 need to 鈥渉ave it all together鈥 to begin, just a willingness to explore what鈥檚 true for you beneath the surface.
What clients bring to therapy with me.
- a sense that something deep is shifting, but not understanding why?
- feeling stuck, fragmented, or disconnected from purpose.
- A longing for meaning, peace, or inner wholeness.
- Past trauma or emotional wounds showing up in new ways.
- an intuitive sense that traditional talk therapy isn鈥檛 enough. Aware
Practice description
is this right for you?
I work best with people who are committed to to their healing, whether short or long term. You don鈥檛 need to know exactly what you want from therapy, but you do need to be open to doing the work.
While I welcome a wide range of issues, i may not be the best fit for everyone, that鈥檚 why I recommend having a taster session and seeing if we are a good fit for each other.
Mt approach is relational, intuitive and focused on lasting change.

About me and my therapy practice
In our work together, Psychosynthesis will be at the heart of the journey. This approach recognises that we all have different parts within us鈥攅ach with its own voice, feelings, and needs. Some of these parts may feel in harmony, while others might seem in conflict. Through gentle exploration, we can bring more understanding, balance, and connection to these different aspects of yourself.
How We Might Work Together
1. Parts Work
There may be times when you feel pulled in different directions鈥攐ne part of you may feel confident and capable, while another may feel uncertain or afraid. By listening to these parts with curiosity and kindness, we can explore what they need and how they can work together, rather than against each other.
2. Visualisations
Sometimes, understanding doesn鈥檛 come through words alone. Visualisations can help you connect with deeper parts of yourself, offering insight, clarity, and a sense of inner guidance. They can also be a gentle way to process past experiences and imagine new possibilities for the future.
3. Creative Drawing
You don鈥檛 need to be 鈥榞ood at art鈥 for this鈥攊t鈥檚 simply another way of expressing what鈥檚 within. Through drawing, colours, and shapes, we can explore emotions and thoughts that might be hard to put into words, allowing space for new understanding and self-discovery.
4. Being in Nature
Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves, offering a sense of stillness, perspective, and connection. Whether we spend time outdoors or simply draw on nature as a source of reflection, this can be a valuable part of the process.
However we work together, my aim is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and free to explore whatever arises. This is your journey, and I鈥檓 here to walk alongside you.

Practice Description
I offer a supportive and compassionate space for those struggling with challenges such as mental health issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience in working with the unique difficulties that can arise from being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, recognising the importance of feeling understood and accepted in a society that may not always accommodate different ways of thinking and experiencing life.
Therapy can be more than just working through difficulties鈥攊t can also be an inner journey towards self-mastery. In our work together, I draw on approaches such as:
鈥 Internal Family Systems (IFS) 鈥 Exploring the different parts of yourself to bring greater understanding, balance, and healing.
鈥 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) 鈥 Identifying patterns of thought and behaviour that may be keeping you stuck and finding ways to shift them.
鈥 Psychosynthesis 鈥 A holistic approach that encourages self-discovery and integration.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the process, providing a safe and trusting space for exploration and healing. I also encourage a connection to nature and creativity, as these can be powerful tools in rediscovering a sense of wholeness and vitality when life feels overwhelming or fragmented.
Wherever you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and a space for deep self-exploration.
