I support clients strugggling with anxiety, depression or are experiencing difficulties in their relationships.

I meet with clients online using the secured platform Zoom. This is a very convenient and effective way of receiving therapy from the comfort of your chosen place in a way that fits perfectly with your life when you need it most.

Online counselling offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with a trained therapist. It can help you gain deeper insight, clarify your feelings, and recognise the inner resources you already possess.

Through online counselling, you can increase your self-awareness and develop a better understanding of yourself. This deeper awareness can lead to improved self-esteem and more meaningful, fulfilling relationships—both with others and with yourself. It can also support you in regaining healthy coping strategies during challenging times.

Online counselling provides a sense of stability by offering a regular time and space to pause, reflect, and declutter your mind from the everyday "white noise." This dedicated time can help you refocus on what truly matters—your well-being—giving you a greater sense of control over your decisions and your life.

About me and my therapy practice

You may be struggling with sleepless nights due to urgent worries, sometimes work can be incredibly stressful and relationships difficult and overwhelming. You may be feeling like you are losing your lust for life, as if you don’t enjoy the things you used to in the same way. You may be feeling sad and struggling with depression, the loss of a loved one, recently recovering from a breakup, or feeling stuck and not knowing how to carry on.

You may find yourself making the same mistakes over and over without even realising; counselling provides a safe space for you to explore situations and events with someone that will be supportive and will be with you through your journey.

Together we can explore what is going on for you and what is preventing you from building fulfilling and meaningful relationships. Counselling creates a relationship from which to focus in what really matters to you, helping you building the resources you need for the future.

Practice description

I am an experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I have helped clients who were struggling with life challenges overcoming their obstacles, feeling better about themselves, happier and more confident.

Do you often feel like you don’t seem to be able to move on with things? Do you feel blocked, stuck or finding difficult to build meaningful relationships?

I have experience working with a range of issues, such as: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger and mood swings, lack of confidence, toxic relationships, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, dissociative and borderline personality disorders, loss, and addiction. I have also experience working with issues related to the LGBTQ community.

I see you as the unique individual that you are, and I want to offer you a space for yourself in which to consider life challenges in a non-judgmental and safe environment. A place for you where you can talk frankly and confidently without fear with someone that is truly listening and will be there supporting you through the process.

My first session

I offer a 15-minute free phone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to touch base, and for me to learn more about what brought you to seek counselling. This can be very helpful for you to ask me any questions you may have and find out whether we can work well together.

If you decide to book an initial session after our phone consultation, this will be an opportunity to explore in a therapy session what your current situation is, what brings you to therapy and what you would like to achieve from it. It will also help us explore more thoroughly how we can carry the work together, it is important you feel comfortable, at ease and that you can talk confidently to me.

There is no commitment for you to continue if you are not completely comfortable. Moving forward, sessions take place every week on the same day and at the same time and it is your choice how long you stay in therapy as this depends on the nature of the issues you wish to explore.
