About me and my therapy practice
I imagine you've come here because things are feeling tough for you right now. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, unsure of how to move forward. Or you might be wondering about experiences that have shaped you, wanting to explore who you are today, or think about the person you’d like to become.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through and begin to make sense of what’s happening, at a pace that feels right for you.
Counselling can be short-term, focusing on something immediate, like a recent bereavement or life change, or it can be a longer journey of exploration and self-discovery.
There’s no right or wrong way to approach it—what matters is finding what feels right for you.
What’s next?
Feel free to visit my website, and if you have any questions or would like to take that first step, please get in touch.
I offer a brief introductory call where you can ask any initial questions and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
