About me and my therapy practice

We all develop ways to protect ourselves, even when they don't serve us well. If you feel you want to create new ways of being to replace the armour that no longer serves you, we can make that journey together. If you feel that you're not living to your full potential or that you're never really heard, supported or understood, if anxiety is ever present, you don't need to be alone as we can explore all this together. If your mind is an endless cycle of thoughts keeping you awake at night, expressing your thoughts in a safe environment can bring them into the open for you to examine from a different perspective. I believe each person holds the answers to their own healing. Part of my work involves learning to listen to the physical body as it speaks our emotional distress. I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space in which to explore the path to your true self. I offer a talking and creative approach.

Practice description

I work from home in a calm environment. No parking restrictions. The sessions are 60 minutes.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation if required.
