About me and my therapy practice

I am a Humanistic Integrative therapist offering a warm, grounded space where you can safely explore your inner world. I draw from a range of approaches: person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, CBT, DBT, and creative methods; tailoring sessions to suit your needs as they evolve.

I work relationally, meaning the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a mirror for understanding patterns and creating space for healing.

You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship difficulties, addiction, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever you bring, I will meet you with empathy, honesty, and sensitivity. I hold space for your full self; your culture, values, beliefs, pain, and resilience. A space where your whole identity is honoured and valued.

I pay close attention to the here and now, because often the way we connect reveals important patterns in your life. By bringing gentle awareness to these moments, we open space for deeper understanding and meaningful change.

Together, we will explore your voice, needs, and inner strength, moving at a pace that feels right for you and always honouring your journey.

Practice description

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of carrying so much on your own. Maybe you are trying to make sense of your past or who you are becoming. This is a space where your experiences can be held with care, allowing your story to emerge in its own time.

Counselling can be a helpful space when you are struggling to make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings, or life experiences. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore things in your own way and at your own pace—so you can find more clarity, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.

You might be navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, identity questions, relationship difficulties, or low self-worth. Whatever you bring, all of you is welcome—your emotions, history, culture, beliefs, and values.

I hold particular care for those who have felt unheard or like they have had to shrink parts of themselves to survive. Therapy with me offers a space to reconnect with your truth, your voice, and what truly matters to you.

I offer short- and long-term therapy, online or in person in South London (Purley Oaks/Croydon).

My first session

Before your first session, you will receive a health questionnaire to complete. This gathers important information about your background, current wellbeing, what brings you to therapy, and any goals you may have. Completing it beforehand allows us to dedicate more time in our first meeting to what matters most to you.

Our initial meeting offers a gentle beginning—a chance to set down the weight you have been carrying and to give voice to what feels tender, urgent, or quietly waiting. Together, we will listen for what is ready to be seen—your hopes, your questions, your pain, or even the silence in between.

You are welcome to share only what feels right, moving at your own pace. It is also an opportunity to sense whether this space between us feels safe, supportive, and able to meet you where you are.

I offer a warm, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome. Beginning therapy can sometimes stir unexpected feelings or uncertainties, we will make space for these too, meeting them with care, honesty, and without any pressure to rush.

We will also take time to discuss practical details, scheduling, payment, cancellations, and confidentiality, so that the foundations of our work are clear and steady from the start.
