About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist in Bristol, providing a supportive, confidential time and space for you to be heard and understood.
I specialise in therapy for trauma, and for navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, and other physical health conditions.
I have extensive experience of working with relationship, family and social issues, and questions around aspects of identity.
Sessions are once or twice weekly, either in person or online, according to what will best support you.
Practice description
My approach is to be collaborative, sensitive and supportive, and interested in you and your experience. Together we can explore what you are going through, how your day-to-day reality affects you, and how your current experience relates to past experiences and other aspects of your life.
The consulting room where we meet is private and peaceful. It is on the ground floor of a building on Old Market Street. Please contact me if you have questions about the accessibility of the room.
I offer concessionary rates if you are on a low income or are unwaged.
