About me and my therapy practice

I offer a therapeutic space where individuals and couples can explore their inner world, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and care. My approach is process-led, meaning we follow what emerges naturally, allowing deeper insights and shifts to unfold over time.

Rather than focusing solely on solving problems, therapy becomes an opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. We engage with emotions, relational patterns, and unconscious processes, creating space for new ways of being and connecting to emerge.

My work is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, Process-Experiential, Expressive Arts Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Jungian perspectives. Whether through talking, creativity, or embodied awareness, we will find an approach that resonates with you.

For individuals, this may mean exploring personal challenges, emotions, and life transitions. For couples, it may involve deepening understanding, improving communication, and creating a space where both partners feel seen and heard.

Above all, therapy is a co-creation—an evolving process shaped by your needs, experiences, and the connection we build together.

Practice description

Therapy is a space for slowing down, tuning in, and exploring your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a meaningful way. It is not about quick fixes but about engaging with your experience in a deeper, more reflective way.

Each session unfolds in its own way—sometimes through dialogue, sometimes through emotion-focused work, and sometimes through creative or embodied exploration. There is room for both structure and flow, depending on what feels right.

For individuals, therapy provides an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, gain insight into emotional patterns, and cultivate a greater sense of authenticity. For couples, the focus is on relational dynamics—understanding each other’s perspectives, noticing patterns of interaction, and fostering deeper emotional connection.

I work with an open, flexible approach that meets you where you are. Whether you come with a clear intention or simply a sense that something needs to shift, we will explore together, attuning to what feels most alive in the moment.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to begin shaping our work together. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, your hopes for the process, and any initial thoughts or feelings about the therapeutic space.

This session is not about rushing into solutions but about creating a foundation of trust and understanding. We may discuss past experiences, present concerns, or simply begin with whatever feels most important to you in the moment.

For couples, the first session offers space for both partners to share their perspectives and for us to begin understanding the patterns and dynamics at play in the relationship.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out at the start—therapy is an evolving process, and our first session is simply the beginning of that journey.
