When feeling stuck or overwhelmed it can be hard to find the mental and emotional capacity to stop, reflect and gain a fresh perspective which can bring about change.  

Therapy can create this space. I see it as a joint exploration of your concerns and difficulties, a collaborative effort towards helping you make sense of your experiences and behaviours. My integrative approach draws from different models to help you figure out your next steps.

I work with a diverse range of adult clients struggling with relationships, low mood, anxiety and self-esteem.  I support men and women with parenting and I have extensive experience of working with loss and bereavement. 

I provide a calm, confidential and supportive environment where you can safely explore the difficulties that hold you back. I offer therapy in English and French.
