About me and my therapy practice
Whilst there can be a specific reason to seek therapy, it鈥檚 not always clear. At any age we can find ourselves out of our depth or in the midst of despair.
I aim to help you discover and address the root of your problems, rather than tending to your symptoms. I practice in a gentle, collaborative way - at all times working in your best interests
I work in-person at The Practice Rooms in Oxford and I offer sessions via Zoom

I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults
My approach involves once-weekly or twice-weekly sessions to explore your situation. Such frequency helps build momentum in our work together, enabling you to better understand and come to terms with your circumstances
