Practice description

Beginning therapy can feel like a daunting step. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or low self-esteem. You may be living with the impact of trauma, navigating issues around identity, or struggling with a painful relationship with food and body image. Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what’s happening for you and to discover new ways forward.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with a master’s degree and specialist training in eating disorders. Alongside this, I have a particular commitment to working with LGBTQ+ communities and neurodiverse clients, providing an affirming space that recognises and respects your unique experience. I tailor all therapy to be respectful of any autistic or ADHD needs.

My integrative training means I draw from a range of approaches rather than a rigid model. This might involve working together to understand the deeper roots of your difficulties; or may be about developing practical strategies to manage everyday challenges more effectively. By tailoring therapy to your individual needs, I aim to help you feel able to move forward.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and genuine. Therapy with me will feel like a real conversation, not just someone asking 'how does that make you feel?'. It's not about judgment or quick fixes, but about building a collaborative relationship in which you feel safe enough to explore difficult feelings and experiences.

Choosing a Therapist can be really difficult, and it's so important that you find one who is right for you. You can find out more about me and the way I work by taking a look at my website and if I sound right for you, I'd love to hear from you
