About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist and supervisor, dedicated to helping people improve their psychological wellbeing and achieve personal growth. Over decades of working one-to-one with clients, I have seen how self-reflection and a deeper understanding of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can transform lives and break frustrating cycles.
My approach is grounded in empathy, care, and professionalism. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of difficult emotions or life experiences. Having spent many years in analysis myself, I know how powerful regular, open-ended therapy can be, and I am passionate about offering others the same opportunity for growth and healing.
I believe therapy is not just about managing distress, but about helping you feel more fully alive. By listening carefully and asking thoughtful, non-intrusive questions, I aim to understand your world as you experience it and support you in moving towards greater resilience, clarity, and fulfilment.
Trained at WPF Therapy—one of London’s leading institutions for clinical practice—I uphold the highest standards of care. I am a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, FPC, IAFP, and UKCP, and also volunteer within an NHS Counselling and Psychotherapy service at a category B prison.
