About me and my therapy practice
I offer acceptance, warmth and care, welcoming you into therapy, together with a belief that the therapeutic space offers you a private and confidential way to explore your desire for change.
My way of working has attracted a wide range of people that bring their own unique circumstances. This affords me to include modes, ideas, and methodologies to our sessions that meet your needs; you are at the centre of our work, not a specific technique or approach. This is at the core of working as a Psychosynthesis Counsellor; to recognise the individual.
Counselling works best if you are able to dedicate a regular time, say weekly, to enable your needs to be more effectively attended to. My clients also report that the regularity of focus toward themselves encourages a different perspective habit, extending beyond our therapeutic time together, all supporting their desire for change. Seeking therapy is a courageous move, and finding a therapist you feel able to work with is the first step.
My fees are from £75 for a 50 minute therapy session, typically weekly.
These sessions may be short term or long term, depending on what help and support you are seeking.
Currently my practice is in-person in my Chancery Lane and London Bridge practice rooms and also online. Please email to discuss further or to book an appointment.
I look forward to hearing from you.
