I offer a growing online counselling service designed to make therapy accessible, supportive, and flexible for anyone seeking help.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. My foundation is Humanistic, Person-Centred Therapy, which means I provide a compassionate and confidential space for you to explore whatever may be causing you distress or discomfort.
Alongside this, I am also trained in low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions, a proven approach that can be particularly helpful in managing issues such as anxiety and depression.

As a neurodivergent counsellor, I understand the unique challenges of living with autism or ADHD – and I celebrate the strengths that come with them too.
I also support women navigating PMDD, perimenopause, and reproductive health challenges, offering space to process and build tools that support your wellbeing.

Practice description
My private practice is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to access therapy wherever you are most comfortable – whether that’s at home or on the go. Sessions are available by telephone or Zoom video call, making support accessible both locally and further afield.

During your free 20 minute introductory call, we will have a little chat about what’s been going on for you, which can hp us to determine the right support to help you with your current issues.
