About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges, whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, or grief. With over 10 years of experience, I work in a compassionate and non-judgmental way to help you make sense of your feelings and discover healthier ways of coping. Reaching out takes courage, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward change and greater wellbeing.
As a qualified EMDR therapist I can offer EMDR either as a standalone approach or as part of our counselling work together. This flexibility means we can tailor the therapy to your individual needs.
Sometimes it can help to have a brief chat about what you’d like to explore in therapy before committing to regular sessions. Currently, I run a Staff Psychology Service in the NHS and work with various charities as well as running my private practice.
Practice description
I offer flexible appointments for either brief or long-term therapy. Currently, I offer online video sessions from £75 and in-person sessions from £120. I understand that therapy is an investment and am happy to work with you to keep it affordable. Please ask about payment options.
I also very much like to offer a free 15-minute phone call so you can ask questions about how I work and we can discuss whether we might want to book an initial session.

My first session
During the initial session, I would complete an assessment with you to fully understand the difficulties you are experiencing so that we can collaboratively decide what you would like to achieve from therapy and the way we will tackle this together (how many sessions, frequency of meetings, approach etc). If we then decided the fit was right, we could agree to ongoing sessions either short term or long term and at weekly or fortnightly frequency.
