About me and my therapy practice
Hi my name is Tammy and I am an experienced counsellor, I work with adults and children/young people.
I am a person centred counsellor at my core although adapt my practise to work in a way that is suitable for you. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your worries and concerns. Somewhere you can offload and I will listen without judgement. I believe that the relationship is key and building trust is vital.
I previously worked in a counselling charity for many years and have experience of supporting people in a wide range of issues. Anxiety, depression, stress, relationship/family issues and more. I also have experience of working with Neurodiversity.

About me and my therapy practice
I understand how important it is to find the right supervisor to fit your needs, so I offer an initial 15- 30 min online or telephone meeting to discuss this.
I offer a supportive space where you can explore your work through reflection and collaboration. I work integratively as a supervisor using several supervision modalities, allowing me to adapt to your individual needs. In my private practice I work with children and adults and have worked as a counselling manager for a charity where I supported a team of counsellors (students & Qualified). I also work with student and qualified counsellors in my private practice. I offer a reduced fee for student counsellors.
