Availability
I currently have limited availability for new clients and offer both short- and long-term therapy. Sessions are held online, making it easier to fit therapy into your life.
I primarily work on weekdays, with daytime and some evening slots available. Sessions usually last 50–60 minutes and are held on a weekly basis, but I’m happy to discuss what works best for you.
If you're thinking about starting therapy, please reach out. We can explore what you're looking for and whether we'd be a good fit.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Francesca, a therapist, a deep listener, and someone who truly believes in people’s ability to grow, even through the most difficult moments.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, without judgement or pressure. I don’t just sit in silence and nod, I show up as a real person. I bring empathy, curiosity, honesty, and sometimes even a bit of humour (when it fits).
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different psychological models depending on what suits you best. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, low self-esteem, identity questions, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, we can work together to make sense of it and help you move forward.
I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism), and I welcome diversity in all its forms.
Therapy with me is a shared process, you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to support you in reconnecting with your inner resources, processing difficult experiences, and making meaningful change.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're not sure what to expect. My practice is grounded in warmth, honesty, and respect. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what's going on for you, whether that's anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, past trauma, or feeling stuck or lost.
I offer online therapy in a way that feels personal and human. Sessions are usually weekly, lasting 50/60 minutes, and tailored to your pace and needs. Therapy can be short-term and focused, or more open-ended, depending on what you’re looking for.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of psychological theories and methods (mainly a blend of CBT and person centred, but I could come out with something borrowed from ACT, psychodynamic, systemic if it could help us in the journey). This allows me to adapt our work to fit your unique situation and goals.
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, and I welcome neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and inclusive.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, in fact, therapy is often the place where things begin to make more sense. My role isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do, but to help you listen more deeply to yourself, understand your patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see whether we feel comfortable working together. There’s no pressure to share everything straight away, you can share as much or as little as you feel.
You’re welcome to ask me questions (like in any other moment of the therapy), whether you're curious about how I work, my background, or what therapy might be like (maybe there is something you would like to know before we start our work together). I’ll also ask some little questions to get a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy right now, what you’d like to get out of it, and whether you’ve had any previous therapy experiences.
We might explore what’s going on in your life at the moment, what feels difficult, and what changes you're hoping for. Some people come with a clear goal, while others just know they’re not feeling okay.
The first session is also a space to notice how it feels to talk to me. It’s important that you feel safe, heard, and respected. Therapy is a collaborative process, so finding a good fit really matters.
