About me and my therapy practice
* ONLY ONLINE/TELEPHONE SESSIONS AVAILABLE*
Are you struggling with life’s challenges? Is it time for a change?
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to see how to move forward or make things better for ourselves.
Counselling can be a powerful first step toward creating positive change and living the life you want. I offer a safe, confidential space where you are free to share as much or as little as you choose. Somewhere your voice will be heard and respected, without judgment.
I bring empathy, honesty, understanding, and respect. Core values that form the foundation of a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship.
Each session is tailored to you. Your needs, your experiences, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Whether you’re looking to gain clarity, process difficult emotions, improve relationships, or find a new direction, we will work at your pace and in a way that feels right for you. I can also work creatively, using tools such as imagery, art, or working outdoors in nature, if this feels helpful to your process.
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges and life experiences. My priority is to support you to the best of my ability.
My aim is to help you explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and the patterns that maybe keeping you stuck or distressed. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness and begin to move toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

About me and my therapy practice
Clinical Supervision: Person-Centred Approach Integrating the Seven-Eyed Model
As a clinical supervisor, my approach is grounded in the Person-Centred modality, offering a warm, empathetic, and non-directive space for supervisees to explore their client work. I work from the belief that the supervisee, much like the client in therapeutic settings, holds the capacity for growth and insight when provided with a reflective and supportive environment.
My supervision practice is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which allows for a holistic exploration of the therapeutic process. This includes:
• Exploring the client’s experience
• Examining interventions and strategies
• Reflecting on the supervisory relationship
• Considering the wider context of the work
• Attending to the dynamics within the therapeutic and supervisory relationships
• Focusing on the supervisee’s internal process
• Exploring the supervisee’s own experience and process
This integrative and relational model supports a deep, collaborative enquiry that enhances the supervisee’s self-awareness, ethical practice, and clinical effectiveness.
Therapy and Supervision Services
I offer supervision in the following formats:
• Online
Available via Google Meets or WhatsApp, providing flexible access to support wherever you are located.
• Telephone
A convenient option for those who prefer audio-only interaction.
