About me and my therapy practice
I'm a qualified counsellor and yoga therapist based in Richmond SW London/Surrey, offering counselling for adults and young people aged 14 and over. My practice is rooted in a deep belief that every person has the capacity to heal and grow and that with the right support, you can reconnect with your inner strengths and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
In my counselling work, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore whatever is on your mind, whether that's stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply a sense of feeling stuck. My approach is person-centred at heart, but I draw upon a range of approaches to suit your unique needs and experiences.
Courses
Alongside individual counselling, I also offer personalised psychoeducational courses to equip you with knowledge and skills to manage your emotions, cope with specific challenges, and improve your relationships.
Yoga Therapy for Stress, Anxiety and Depression
This 8-week 1-1 online course is a comprehensive and evidence-based program designed specifically for those looking to reduce stress, anxiety and/or depression. Through gentle movement, breath work, mindfulness, and guided reflection, this course can help ease symptoms of stress and anxiety, support nervous system regulation, and build a deeper connection between mind and body.
Dating and Relationships Course
Offered through Take Action Counselling, this 8-week course is designed for individuals who want to better understand their relationship patterns, build healthier emotional connections, and navigate dating or long-term partnerships with greater self-awareness and resilience. Whether you are recovering from relationship difficulties or seeking to create more fulfilling connections, this course offers practical tools and emotional support.

Person-Centred Counselling
Person-centred therapy is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas.
As your therapist I try to understand your reality (how the world works from your point of view) and support you to explore solutions to your problems. This will include increasing your self-awareness, improving your ability to use self-direction to make changes in your life, improving your self-esteem, and self-efficacy.
Issues I Can Help With
I work with adults and young people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, stress, and burnout, whether related to work, school, relationships or internal pressures. Some people come to counselling with low mood or depression, while others feel stuck, lost, or numb without knowing exactly why. I also support clients through life transitions such as starting university, moving away from home, job/career change or retirement. Relationship difficulties, parenting struggles, and identity issues can also be explored in a safe and confidential space. For some, past trauma or experiences of dissociation and overwhelm are part of what brings them to therapy. Whatever your situation, you are welcome here, just as you are.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy focuses on the integration of mind and body to enhance mental health. It draws on yogic principles and practices, such as physical yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, to improve mental and physical well-being.
The treatment plan and techniques used in yoga therapy can vary based on your age, physical ability, and unique needs. The exercises and postures of yoga therapy focus on the mind and body simultaneously, developing both mental and physical awareness. This helps with mind-body integration and improves mindfulness.
