About me and my therapy practice
Are you facing the weight of loss, anxiety, or the challenges life has presented? As an experienced Counsellor and Supervisor working online, I specialise in supporting individuals through the intricacies of loss and bereavement, including baby loss, miscarriage, fertility challenges, relationship breakdowns, divorce, job loss, redundancy, and health changes.
I recognise that many of my clients come to me feeling uncertain and disconnected from their true selves. If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. I am here to provide the support and guidance you need to navigate these difficult times and move towards a place of acceptance and renewed hope.
Together, we will explore your feelings and experiences, helping you to understand your situation more clearly. I empower you to process challenging emotions and develop practical coping strategies tailored to your needs. With my support, you will gain tools to draw upon whenever you feel anxious, sad, or unsettled.
My ultimate goal is to help you feel more at ease and confident in yourself, fostering a sense of optimism for the future. Rather than providing quick fixes, I focus on empowering you to discover your own solutions and insights, creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, available online. Whether you prefer open-ended sessions or a set timeframe, my approach is flexible to meet your unique needs.
While I primarily work with individuals, I also support couples navigating the complexities of shared loss. Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing and renewal.
Take the first step towards reclaiming your sense of self and hope for the future. Reach out today, and let’s work together to find your path forward.
