I see most of my clients during the day Tuesday to Thursday via Face to Face, telephone or online. I do try to be flexible in order to accommodate appointments for those with work, childcare or other commitments.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi! You’ve made that brave first step! Counselling can help by providing space and time to talk about what is troubling you and helping you to come to a clearer understanding of yourself and the issues you are dealing with. I believe that counselling can lead to positive life changes by helping you to discuss feelings that can be challenging. I have 10+ years experience of working with individuals and young people. I work via face-to-face, telephone or online sessions. My background is in person-centred counselling and I use an integrative approach to ensure that your needs are best met during our work together.

Practice description
My practice is focused around the needs of the client and I draw on my years of experience to bring a range of skills to support you during the process. I offer a welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore the issues causing you concern. Counselling is very much a collaborative experience and together we can unpack your worries in a safe place and at a safe pace. My role is to ensure that you feel held, respected and supported so that we can create a working relationship based on trust and authenticity.
My first session
During our first session, we will confirm some basic details, ask and answer some questions and agree arrangements for therapy including identifying focus and goals.
