About me and my therapy practice

Rebecca O'Donovan - MÍø±¬ÃÅ Accred', MSc Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am neuro-divergent and neurodiversity affirming.

I have always offered in-person counselling.

What I have with my clients is a supportive, caring and consistant therapeutic relationship. In which the priority is you, your well-being and emotional health.

Area's I work with: I work with whatever a client brings. I am person cented in my approach. Which means we do the work at your pace.

I predominantly work long term with my clients (psychotherapy). As well as shorter, focussed work (counselling).

How do you take this forward?:

  1. Contact me via email or text.
  2. Have a quick chat on the phone to ask any questions.

Have a first/initial session - There's no commitment in having a first session. It's a good way to find out if you feel comfortable with me. If we both feel we're a good match then we confirm weekly sessions.

I offer both in-person and online sessions. So the choice of how you attend your session is yours.

Sessions - are a standard 50 minutes long and are held at the same time weekly.

Cost - £60.00.

I have a front garden with a bench so there is somewhere to sit before your appointment/session.

  • Post Grad Advanced Counselling & Psychotherapy.
  • Post Grad in Clinical Supervision - Salford University.
