About me and my therapy practice

Hello people,

I鈥檓 an advanced therapist and have provided individual therapy for 10 years. Mostly working with adults and some adolescence. My work is based on values; certain beliefs that guide our behaviour, shaping our decisions, motivations and perception of what is desirable. My approach is cognitive; looking at where you now, how you got there and how it affects you. I offer a safe and confidential space where your thoughts and feelings can be expressed without feeling judged and perhaps exploring what is found can be empowering.

Gaining insight different perspectives could start to emerge and exploration of the new information can highlight personal inclination, so you can make the changes that are right for you.

I use modern developments and therapeutic techniques that harmoniously work together. Taught from Doctors and Psychiatrists across the globe producing positive results with integrity.
