Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer online psychotherapy and sex counselling sessions during weekday mornings, afternoons, and some evenings. I work exclusively online with individuals and couples across the UK, including clients based in Birmingham, Brighton, Southend, and across London.

My practice is trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I support clients facing a range of issues such as anxiety, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and identity exploration.

Sessions are offered via secure video conferencing, allowing for flexibility and privacy in your own space. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy depending on your goals.

Please feel free to contact me to check current availability or ask any questions about how I work. If I plan to take any breaks or time off, I will always give clients advanced notice.

About me and my therapy practice

I work relationally, meaning that the therapeutic relationship between us is central to the process. I aim to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — including those parts you may feel ashamed or unsure of. I believe that therapy works best when it’s grounded in trust, collaboration, and authenticity.

My core psychotherapy and counselling training is in Transactional Analysis (TA), and I have also completed additional specialist training in sexology. I draw from both of these frameworks to support clients in working through emotional, relational, and sexual concerns. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate psychodynamic or body-aware approaches.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and sexual concerns such as low desire, shame, pain during sex, or challenges with intimacy. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.

Sessions are typically weekly and held online via a secure platform. Whether we work together short-term or in a more open-ended way, my aim is to help you build deeper insight and move toward lasting internal change — emotionally, relationally, and sexually.

Practice description

I’m a UKCP and Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapist with additional training in sexology offering online therapy to individuals and couples across the UK. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, and my practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, sexual difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, or a loss of direction, therapy can provide space for insight and transformation. Many clients come to explore issues related to desire, shame, performance pressure, or relational conflict.

My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis and informed by sex therapy, psychodynamic thinking, and relational practice. Together, we explore how early experiences shape how you relate — to others, to yourself, and to your sexuality.

I offer weekly online sessions via secure video. Many of my clients are based in London (East and West), Birmingham, Brighton, Southend-on-Sea, and elsewhere in the UK.

If you’re unsure where to begin, I offer a short consultation to explore whether working together feels right.

My first session

I offer an initial online session, which gives us a chance to meet, explore what brings you to therapy or sex counselling, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. This first meeting is slightly different from regular sessions — it’s a space for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of my approach.

We’ll talk about what’s currently on your mind, any goals or hopes you have for therapy, and your past experiences with support (if any). I may ask some background questions to help build a picture of your emotional, relational, and/or sexual history, depending on what you’re comfortable sharing.

You do not need to prepare anything for this session — simply come as you are. I aim to make the process as welcoming and low-pressure as possible.

If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular time to meet each week and I will explain how I work, including confidentiality, my fees and cancellation policy.

I currently have availability for new clients and offer online psychotherapy and sex counselling during weekday mornings, afternoons, and limited evening slots. All sessions are held online via secure video call, making therapy accessible from your own space — whether you’re based in Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, or anywhere else in Essex.

Online therapy offers the flexibility and privacy many clients find helpful, especially when juggling work, parenting, or personal responsibilities. My practice is open to individuals and couples seeking support with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, sexual concerns, trauma, identity questions, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected.

I work exclusively online and offer both short-term, goal-focused counselling and longer-term exploratory psychotherapy, depending on your needs. My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I hold a Íø±¬ÃÅ and UKCP registration in psychotherapy and have additional training in sexology. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.

If I plan to take time away from my practice (e.g. for holidays or breaks), I always give clients advance notice. I aim to offer flexible scheduling where possible, and I usually respond to new enquiries within 24 hours.

If you live in Southend or the surrounding Essex area and are looking for accessible, compassionate online therapy or sex counselling, please feel free to reach out.

About me and my therapy practice

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been holding things in for a long time or are unsure what to expect. My role is to meet you where you are — without pressure or judgment — and offer a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored safely and at your own pace.

I work with individuals and couples online, offering weekly sessions where we can look together at what’s causing distress or getting in the way of feeling settled in yourself or your relationships. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship breakdowns, sexual issues, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you — therapy can help you begin to make sense of what’s going on and build a more grounded, compassionate connection to yourself.

My background is in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, and I’ve also completed additional training in sexology. I support clients with a wide range of emotional and sexual concerns, including loss of desire, shame, painful sex, self-esteem issues, and intimacy struggles.

I work in a collaborative and respectful way — this is not about fixing you, but about helping you understand yourself better, reconnect with what matters, and find more freedom in how you live and relate.

Sessions take place online via secure video, and I welcome clients from Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, and across Essex who are seeking a thoughtful and confidential space to begin therapy.

Practice description

My practice is a calm, confidential online space where you can pause, reflect, and work through the issues that are impacting your emotional or relational wellbeing. I offer psychotherapy and sex counselling for adults and couples across the UK — including many clients based in Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, and the wider Essex area.

I work with people navigating a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship breakdowns, family stress, sexual concerns, or a general sense of being stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your personal life, healing from past experiences, or support in your relationship or sex life, therapy can help you feel more connected and in control.

I offer weekly sessions via secure video call, with a consistent time slot to help build trust, continuity, and safety in the work. Therapy with me isn’t rushed or surface-level — it’s a process of exploring what’s going on underneath your current challenges and working together to find new ways forward.

My practice is inclusive, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I’m especially mindful of how social, cultural, or family expectations may have shaped your experience of emotions, identity, intimacy, or relationships.

If you're looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what’s going on — whether you're new to therapy or returning to it — I welcome you to get in touch. I offer a brief initial consultation to help you get a sense of whether working together feels right.

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to meet and begin getting a sense of what working together might be like. I see this initial session as an open, low-pressure space for you to talk about what’s brought you to therapy or sex counselling, ask any questions you may have, and decide whether you feel comfortable continuing.

You don’t need to prepare anything or complete any forms beforehand — our agreement is reached verbally, not through paperwork. I’ll explain how I work, including things like confidentiality, session length and frequency, and how we might approach the issues you want to bring. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right at this stage.

I may ask some background questions to help me understand your situation — including any relevant personal history, current challenges, and therapeutic goals — but there’s no pressure to go into detail before you’re ready.

Sessions are held online via secure video call, and I offer a consistent weekly slot once we agree to continue. I do not currently offer a reduced rate for the first session, but I aim to make the process accessible and welcoming for anyone who is new to therapy or feeling uncertain.

If you’re based in Southend or the surrounding Essex area and are curious about starting therapy or sex counselling, feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to answer questions and help you decide if this feels like the right next step for you.

Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer online psychotherapy and sex counselling during weekday mornings, afternoons, and some evening slots. I work exclusively online, offering therapy to individuals and couples throughout the UK — including many clients based in East London, particularly in Stratford (E15), Hackney, Bow, and surrounding areas.

Sessions take place via secure video call, providing a flexible and private space to explore what’s going on in your life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, intimacy or sexual difficulties, low self-esteem, or feeling emotionally stuck, therapy can help create space for reflection and meaningful change.

I offer both short-term counselling and open-ended psychotherapy, depending on your needs and goals. I aim to offer a consistent weekly session time, with flexibility where possible to accommodate shift work or family responsibilities. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming — particularly for clients who value a sensitive, trauma-informed, or sex-positive space.

If I plan any upcoming breaks or time away, I always inform clients in advance. I respond to new enquiries within 24 hours and am happy to answer questions about availability or how I work.

If you're based in Stratford, Hackney, East Ham, or anywhere in East London and are looking for accessible, online therapy or sex counselling, feel free to reach out.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer psychotherapy and sex counselling online, working with adults and couples from East London and across the UK. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences and identity. Therapy with me is not about offering advice or quick fixes — it’s a space to reflect, feel, question, and understand yourself more deeply.

I’m trained in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, and I’ve completed additional specialist training in sexology. I support clients with a wide range of concerns — from anxiety, low self-worth and trauma, to relationship difficulties, loss of desire, sexual pain, or shame around intimacy.

I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in your relationships (including the one between us), as well as the early life experiences and cultural or societal pressures that may still influence how you relate to others — and to yourself. Sessions are a place where all parts of you are welcome, even those you may have felt the need to hide.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. Many of my clients come from diverse backgrounds and are navigating the pressures of city life, family expectations, career stress, or identity-related concerns.

I work exclusively online, offering secure video sessions in a consistent weekly slot. If you're based in Stratford, Hackney, East Ham or elsewhere in East London, and looking for a supportive space to explore what’s going on, I invite you to get in touch.

Practice description

My practice offers a confidential, online space where you can explore emotional, relational, or sexual challenges in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded. I work with clients from across East London — including Stratford, Hackney, Bow, and East Ham — as well as with people living in other parts of the UK who are seeking thoughtful, inclusive support.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Some are struggling with anxiety, low confidence, relationship problems, or past trauma. Others come to therapy because of challenges around intimacy, shame, sexual concerns, or a sense of disconnection from their identity or body. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

My approach is relational, respectful, and emotionally attuned. I bring training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and sexology, and I aim to meet each person where they are — whether that’s in a moment of crisis or curiosity. Our sessions won’t be about ticking boxes, but about building trust, insight, and a deeper understanding of your internal world.

I work with both individuals and couples and offer a consistent weekly time for therapy, held via secure video call. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and sex-positive.

If you’re looking for online therapy or sex counselling and live in East London — or if you're drawn to a therapist who understands the pressure, pace, and diversity of life here — I welcome you to get in touch. You’re welcome just as you are.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin exploring what brings you to therapy or sex counselling. There’s no pressure to go into everything right away — this is your space, and we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. You’re welcome to ask questions, share any concerns, or just talk through what’s on your mind.

I don’t ask you to complete any forms or questionnaires. Instead, we begin with a conversation. I’ll explain how I work, including confidentiality, how sessions are structured, and anything else that’s relevant to our work together. If it feels right, I may ask a few background questions to get a better sense of your emotional, relational, or sexual history — but only what you’re comfortable sharing.

My aim in the first session is to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and open. This meeting is also a chance for you to sense whether you feel safe and supported enough to continue. If we agree to work together, we’ll arrange a regular weekly time for ongoing sessions.

Sessions are held via secure video call, and I currently offer availability across weekday mornings, afternoons, and some evenings. I don’t offer a reduced rate for first sessions, but I’m happy to answer questions in advance so you can make an informed decision about whether to book.

If you’re based in East London — Stratford, Hackney, Bow, or beyond — and are considering online therapy, feel free to get in touch.

Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer online psychotherapy and sex counselling to individuals and couples. My practice is open during weekday mornings, afternoons, and selected evening slots. Sessions are held via secure video call, offering you the flexibility and privacy to attend from your own space — whether you're based in Hanwell (W7), West Ealing, Greenford, or anywhere else in West London.

Therapy can be helpful for a range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, relationship strain, or sexual concerns. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or simply aware that something in your life no longer feels sustainable. I offer a steady, confidential space to begin exploring what’s going on and to support you in making sense of it.

My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, sex-positive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those juggling family life, professional demands, cultural pressures, or the ongoing effects of unresolved past experiences.

I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs. When I plan any time away (such as holidays), I always provide advance notice and discuss this during regular sessions. I also try to offer flexibility around work or care schedules where possible.

If you're based in Hanwell, West Ealing, or elsewhere in W7 and are looking for online therapy or sex counselling, please feel free to get in touch. I usually respond to new enquiries within 24 hours.

About me and my therapy practice

I work relationally, meaning that the relationship we build in therapy is central to the work we do. I aim to offer a safe, steady space where you can explore what’s going on in your life — emotionally, relationally, or sexually — and where all parts of your experience are welcome. I see therapy as a process that unfolds over time, and I adapt the work to meet your individual pace and needs.

My core psychotherapy training is in Transactional Analysis, a model that helps us understand how early patterns of relating can continue to affect our present-day lives. Alongside this, I have additional specialist training in sexology, and I support people in working through a range of sexual concerns, including shame, loss of desire, painful sex, and intimacy issues.

I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional disconnection, trauma, relationship strain, or simply a sense of feeling stuck. I often work with people who are juggling multiple responsibilities — family life, cultural expectations, or professional demands — and are ready to take some space for themselves.

I’m committed to creating a space where all aspects of your identity are respected, where you don’t need to explain or justify who you are, and where sensitive topics — including sexuality and trauma — are met with openness and care.

If you’re seeking online therapy or sex counselling and live in Hanwell, W7, or the surrounding West London area, I’d be happy to speak with you about how I work and whether we might be a good fit.

Practice description

My practice offers a steady, confidential space for individuals and couples to explore emotional, relational, and sexual difficulties. I work entirely online with people across West London, including those living in Hanwell, W7, and surrounding areas such as West Ealing and Greenford.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — whether from themselves, their partner, or their sense of direction. Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand how past and present are linked, and begin to reconnect with what matters to you.

I support people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship breakdowns, identity struggles, and sexual challenges such as low desire, pain during sex, shame, or emotional distance in intimacy.

I work from a relational and collaborative perspective. Our work will be shaped by your pace, your story, and what feels meaningful to explore. Rather than offering quick solutions, I’m here to help you reflect more deeply and feel more grounded in your choices and relationships.

My approach is shaped by my training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and additional qualifications in sexology. I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, and I bring care, curiosity, and awareness to how culture, gender, trauma, and sexuality can influence how we live and relate.

Sessions take place weekly over secure video, offering you privacy and consistency in your own space. If you live in or near Hanwell and are looking for a thoughtful, steady online therapy experience, feel free to reach out.

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to meet and begin understanding what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — you’re welcome to speak about whatever feels most important or most present for you. This is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable continuing.

I don’t use forms or questionnaires. Instead, we’ll have a conversation. I may ask some background questions about your current challenges, past experiences, and what you’re hoping for from therapy, but you decide how much you’re ready to share. If you’re coming for sex counselling, you’re also welcome to speak about any worries, expectations, or uncertainties you may have.

I will also explain how I work — including how confidentiality is handled, what you can expect from the structure of sessions, and how we would proceed if we decide to continue.

Sessions are held online using a secure video platform. If we agree to work together, we will arrange a regular weekly slot. My practice offers a consistent and supportive space where therapy can unfold at your pace, without judgment or pressure.

I don’t offer a discounted rate for the first session, but I aim to be transparent and responsive — and I’m happy to answer any questions you have before booking.

If you’re based in Hanwell, W7, or anywhere in West London and thinking about starting therapy or sex counselling online, feel free to get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer online psychotherapy and sex counselling to adults and couples looking for a space to reflect, grow, and feel more connected to themselves and others. My approach is relational, meaning the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do. I aim to create a space that feels grounded, open, and non-judgmental — where you can bring both the parts of yourself that feel clear and those that feel uncertain or in conflict.

My core training is in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, which helps us understand how our early experiences continue to shape how we relate, think, and feel today. I’ve also completed specialist training in sexology and regularly support clients working through sexual issues such as shame, low desire, painful sex, or disconnection in intimate relationships.

I often work with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or a general sense of being stuck. Some of my clients are navigating big life transitions; others simply feel ready to pause and explore things more deeply.

I tailor the work to your needs — whether you're seeking short-term support around a specific issue or open-ended therapy for longer-term growth. Sessions are held weekly online, giving you flexibility while still offering a consistent, secure space.

I welcome clients from across West London, including Ealing Broadway, Northfields, West Ealing, South Ealing, Acton, and Pitshanger. If you're considering starting therapy, I invite you to reach out for an initial conversation.

Practice description

My practice provides a calm and confidential online space for individuals and couples to explore what’s happening in their emotional or relational life. Whether you’re navigating a difficult period, managing long-standing struggles, or simply curious to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers a place to reflect and reconnect.

I support clients with a wide range of concerns — from anxiety, low mood, and stress to sexual issues, intimacy difficulties, identity questions, and the impact of unresolved past experiences. You might be managing work pressures, family responsibilities, or cultural expectations, and therapy can offer time that’s just for you.

My style is collaborative and thoughtful. I work with care, curiosity, and a focus on building a safe space where difficult topics can be explored without shame. My approach is shaped by my training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, and I also bring specialist experience in sexology, working with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in their sexual or intimate lives.

I work exclusively online and offer weekly sessions via secure video. You don’t need to be experienced in therapy — just open to starting a conversation. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll take things at your pace.

I welcome clients from across West London, including Ealing Broadway, Northfields, South Ealing, West Ealing, Pitshanger, and Acton. If you’re looking for a consistent, supportive therapeutic space, feel free to get in touch.

My first session

The first session is a space to begin the process gently. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say — you’re welcome to come as you are. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy or sex counselling, and what you might hope to gain from it. You can also ask any questions you have about how I work.

I don’t use written assessments or forms. Instead, we’ll begin with a conversation. I may ask a few background questions to better understand your situation, but I’ll follow your pace and only explore what feels relevant and safe to share. The first session is also a chance for you to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

I’ll explain the practical aspects of therapy — such as confidentiality, session frequency, and the structure of ongoing work — and we’ll discuss what you’d like to focus on, whether short-term or longer-term. Some people arrive with a clear issue in mind; others begin with a vague feeling that something isn’t quite right. Both are welcome.

Sessions take place weekly via secure video and last 50 minutes. I offer a consistent time each week and aim to provide a space that is both supportive and reflective. I do not offer reduced rates for the first session, but I’m happy to answer any initial questions by email before you book.

If you’re based in Ealing Broadway or anywhere in West London and are considering starting online therapy, I invite you to get in touch.
