Hello,

I'm Jo Beeston and I provide counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I am based in Eakring, covering Worksop, Rainworth, Ollerton, Mansfield, Newark and Nottingham.

Practice description

In my practice I see people for short-term therapy or long-term Psychotherapy. I also work within school settings offering counselling, training and advice on aspects of Mental Health and well being. I access regular clinical supervision and attend continuous professional development events to ensure I remain up to date with my practice.

My first session

I offer an initial free 30 minute consultation. This can be face to face, telephone or through Micro soft teams. The first session is an opportunity to meet and to gain an understanding of what you are wanting from counselling.
