About me and my therapy practice
At the heart of my work is a commitment to support transformation through curiosity and compassion. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where your experiences are honored and your growth is supported in a safe, respectful space. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating grief, trauma, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. Through a trauma informed approach combining person-centered, solution-focused techniques with body awareness and spirituality, I will help you build self-compassion and foster healing at your own pace.
Practice description
Therapy with me is a collaborative process—one that values your autonomy, fosters self-compassion, and encourages healing at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re working through identity shifts, managing anxiety, or seeking growth after trauma, I’m here to support your journey toward transformation with curiosity and care. I will not judge you during the session and I do not provide psychological assessments.

I offer a free one-hour initial consultation to provide you with the opportunity to decide if you would be comfortable working with me. About me and my therapy practice
I offer compassionate, relational supervision that supports the development of ethical and reflective practice. My approach to supervision is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in mutual respect. I draw from person-centred and solution-focused perspectives, with attention to the therapeutic relationship, practitioner wellbeing, and the broader context of our work. I use the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which offers a flexible, holistic framework for exploring multiple layers of the therapeutic process—including the client experience, therapist response, relational dynamics, and organisational or systemic factors.
Practice description
I hold a Certificate in Counselling Supervision and welcome practitioners from a range of modalities and backgrounds. I also bring experience and interest in working with trauma, identity, life transitions, and integrative approaches including hypnotherapy and body awareness.
My first session
Supervision is available in-person or online, either as regular ongoing support or on an ad-hoc basis. If you’d like to explore working together, feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation. I offer a free one-hour consultation to provide you with the opportunity to decide if you would be comfortable working with me. During this appointment I will explain aspects of supervision and ask you questions about what you wish to achieve through attending supervision and the requirements of your organisation. At the end of the session we will make a decision about how we would like to proceed.
