I have availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-9pm. Session fees are:
£45 per 50 minute one to one counselling session
£65 per 50 minute couple counselling session
£90 per 50 minute family counselling session
Fees for supervision £50 per hour or £75 per 90 minutes
Discounts for students and those with limited income
Discounts for trainee counsellors
Fees can be paid weekly with cash or via bank transfer
Day and evening sessions available Mon-Fri, 8am-9pm

About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel alone and have no one to talk to? I offer one to one counselling, couples therapy and family therapy in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. I offer face to face, online and telephone. I am a qualified clinical supervisor.
Are you going through a difficult time at present? Are things getting on top of you? I am here to listen and understand and support you with whatever you feel you need to talk about and explore.
We can often find ourselves feeling alone, distressed, overwhelmed, unfulfilled and unable to cope with difficult periods in our lives. Making time for yourself through personal counselling can help you value your experiences, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, actions and reactions. I am here to listen and support you and help you to make positive changes in your life. My aim as a counsellor is to help you explore whatever difficulties you may be experiencing. My reflective and confidential practice provides a warm empathic understanding and non-judgemental space where you can gently explore ways to bring meaning, understanding, awareness and hope into your life.
I am a very thoughtful and warm counsellor and have worked with a wide range of clients, men, women, young people, children ,couples and families. By gentle exploration I work to support you through counselling to make sense, find meaning and to encourage ways to understand and move you positively forward.
My counselling practice provides professional qualified interventions that deal with many problems. I am a fully qualified counsellor and a fully qualified Clinical Supervisor with a person-centred background, and I work in an integrative way bringing a variety of counselling approaches together that suit the needs of individual clients. As well as running my own private practice, I work in public health and charity settings. I have a solid background working in a secondary and Sixth Form school counselling students. I work with college and university students.

My experience includes working with Adults, couples, young people and children and families of all genders. In addition to running my own private practice I carry out work in public health and charity settings counselling children and college/University students. I have a solid background working as a counsellor in a secondary school counselling students and Sixth Form students with a broad range of difficulties. I worked for ADAS, a drug and alcohol agency for three years counselling and supporting individual adult clients experiencing drug and alcohol abuse and recovering alcoholics.
I have experience working with a wide variety of people from all walks of life including, military/soldier's, published authors, celebrities and professional footballers.
I have experience working and supporting clients diagnosed with schizophrenia and personality disorder. I have experience working with Transgender issues.
My first session
I offer 50 minute one to one counselling on a short or long term basis. I regularly review our work together to make sure you are getting what you need out of the therapeutic process.
I offer discounts for students and student counsellors and those with limited income. I would be happy to discuss this with you.
I offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge which will give us both the opportunity to explore how you would like us to work together and what you hope to achieve out of counselling.

I am a fully qualified Clinical Supervisor and offer face to face, online and telephone supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists and trainee counsellors.

I am an integrative supervisor with a person-centred background. I work with you to find different therapeutic ways that may be helpful for both yourself and your clients. I offer a safe non- judgemental environment in which you can feel relaxed and at ease giving yourself the opportunity to offload. I will endeavour to work with you to enhance your work with your clients. I will offer support and help you explore the relationship with your clients and the challenges that can bring.

The relationship between myself and my supervisees is of upmost importance and I work towards offering a trusting space on which to build on this.
