Sessions from £80.00

Features

Availability

I am available in London Bridge on a Monday daytime.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, supportive, and mindful space where we can explore what’s going on for you right now. People come to therapy for many reasons – perhaps you’re feeling anxious, low, or stuck, experiencing loss or relationship difficulties, or seeking more meaning and balance in your life.

I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, and the way we work together will depend on your needs and what you bring to our sessions. This might include exploring how you experience yourself and your relationships in the present, working with feelings, bodily sensations, imagination, or dreams. Although we focus on what’s happening now, we may also explore how your past experiences continue to shape your life and relationships today.

My approach is mindfulness and compassion-based, offering a supportive space where you can begin to see things differently, find new perspectives, and make choices that feel right for you.

Practice description

Mindfulness and compassion are at the heart of my work. I offer a warm, reflective space where you can bring whatever feels most alive or troubling for you. Together, we pay attention to your experience in the moment — your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the dynamics that emerge between us — as a way of deepening understanding and supporting change.

My approach is relational, so I work collaboratively with you. At times, this might feel challenging, as therapy often invites us to look deeply at ourselves and the patterns that shape our lives. Over time, this process can help you feel more grounded, freer, and more able to respond to life in new ways.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly. I suggest an initial period of six sessions to see how the work feels, after which we can review and decide what would be most helpful going forward.

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation by phone, text, or email so we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and how we might work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, supportive, and mindful space where we can explore what’s going on for you right now. People come to therapy for many reasons – perhaps you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, anger, or difficulties in relationships, or you’re simply seeking more meaning and balance in your life.

My approach draws on a range of psychotherapeutic methods, and the way we work together will depend on your needs and what you bring to our sessions. We might focus on your present experience, explore feelings and bodily sensations, work imaginatively, or reflect on your dreams. Although the focus is on the present, we may also look at how past experiences influence how you feel and relate now.

Mindfulness and compassion are central to my work. I aim to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported, and where you can begin to see things differently, find new perspectives, and make choices that feel right for you.

I usually offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes and recommend an initial period of six sessions, after which we can review what works best for you. I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation by phone, text, or email so you can find out more and decide whether therapy feels like the right step at this time.
