Practice description
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. We’ll explore what’s getting in the way of love, connection, and vitality in your life and discover what might help you feel more fully alive.
I draw from relational and psychodynamic approaches, along with neuroscience, body-based practices, and social justice perspectives. This flexible way of working means we can explore your past, make sense of your present, and create new ways forward.
What to Expect
- A space where you can speak freely and be heard without judgment.
- Gentle exploration of patterns that may be holding you back.
- Practical tools to help you relate differently to yourself and others.

My first session
If you’d like to see whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute phone or video call. This is a chance to talk about what you’re looking for and how I might help.
During our first in-person session, we explore in greater depth what brings you to therapy, some details of your story and history and any additional questions you might have. Most importantly, the aim of the session is for us to get a sense of whether we feel comfortable working together.
