About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, with 20 years experience working in the addiction field and 6 years as a mental health practitioner for the NHS. I have also provided counselling services at an Employee Assisted Programme Service.

I work with individuals who are experiencing substance misuse/alcohol issues, depression, anxiety, other low threshold mental health issues and also work related stresses experienced.

I am passionate about empowering and motivating individuals, by providing a listening, non-judgemental, confidential space, whereby you are able to explore past or current issues you feel stuck and unable to move forward with, using person-centred, CBT and other psychodynamic counselling theory approaches to help with issues you might be struggling with, which many have found effective.

Practice description

I am currently available for either short or long term face to face, online or telephone counselling sessions and provide a concessional rate to students and trainee counsellors.
