Struggling with low self-esteem, low self-worth, or recurring relationship issues?

You’re not alone—and these challenges often stem from past trauma, early attachment wounds, or deep-seated negative core beliefs.

I specialise in supporting individuals who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, fear of intimacy, or anxious/avoidant tendencies. Through compassionate, reflective dialogue, we explore the roots of these issues and work toward building a more secure sense of self, emotional resilience, and authentic, fulfilling relationships.

As a qualified integrative counsellor with a focus on attachment, self-concept, and relationship dynamics, I offer a non-judgement safe space to explore these challenges at your own pace. Drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, I tailor therapy to your unique needs—helping you move from disconnection to confidence, clarity, and connection.

• Person-Centred Approach – Providing a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and valued, empowering you to build self-acceptance and confidence.

• Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring how past experiences and relationships shape your self-concept, self-worth, and emotional patterns, helping you process unresolved issues.

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that contribute to low self-esteem, replacing them with healthier, more positive perspectives.

To help you manage difficult emotions, I incorporate techniques such as:

• Emotional regulation strategies (breathing exercises, grounding techniques)

• Cognitive restructuring (challenging and reframing negative self-beliefs)

• Self-compassion practices (developing a kinder inner dialogue)

• Exploration of past experiences (to understand how they shape your present)

• Mindfulness and relaxation techniques (to manage stress and anxiety)

My first session

The initial consultation session lasts for one hour. This provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions and to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit to work together. During this session, I will also gather background information and begin to understand your needs.
