About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Nick and I can currently offer telephone or online counselling to adults and Young People nationally across the UK and face to face sessions in the Bristol/ South Gloucestershire area. I can occasionally come to your home to visit clients.
I have extensive experience in working with neurodivergence especially Autism, PDA and ADHD and its effects at home, work and school.
I have a keen interested in mental health, anxiety and stress and in helping men and women who may not have had experience of talking therapy or where traditional therapy has presented a barrier to find a place to belong.
With my own lived experience I know myself how it feels to be 'on the outside, looking in'.
My sessions are flexible and can be weekly, fortnightly, daytime or evening.
Practice description
I work flexibly, to suit your needs and can offer both short and long term work. My aim is to meet the needs of my clients where they are and not push my own solutions on them.
It is especially important with young people, and with all clients that I offer a safe space to be heard.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi my name is Nick and I offer Supervision to individuals and groups. I specialise in Neurodiversity and in supervising therapists who either identify as Neurodivergent themselves or have a heavy or complex workload of Neurodiverse clients.
I have my own lived experience of Autism, PDA and ADHD and professionally have provided training to therapists both locally and nationally on working with neurodiversity in the counselling room.
My approach to Supervision follows a Relational Model and I gained my Supervision qualifications with Severnside talking Therapies. I believe it is my role to help my supervisees develop into the therapists they want to be.
I am an authorised Supervisor with a number of Educational establishments and colleges and enjoy working with trainee and newly qualified practitioners, to whom I offer a discounted rate. My supervisees developmental needs are very much at the heart of all I do.
I can offer sessions online or face to face in the Bristol/ South Gloucestershire area.
Practice description
I believe supervision should be enjoyable, creative and focused on the supervisees needs and developmental growth.
I offer a reduced rate for trainees and newly qualified therapists in their first year of practice.
