Whether expected or sudden, the death of someone close to us can trigger a complex mix of emotions:
- Overwhelming sadness and emptiness
- Anger at the situation or even at the deceased
- Guilt about things left unsaid or undone
- Regret about missed opportunities to say goodbye
- Resentment about being left behind
- Loneliness and isolation
Bereavement Counselling includes Grief, Loss and Pet Bereavement. It frequently uncovers other issues such as Depression, Low Self-Esteem, and Anxiety. I am fully qualified in these and will help you with them as part of our programme.
My counselling rooms are near Pangbourne, West Berkshire. I also work by Zoom (or Meet or Teams). I have clients across the UK.
I believe I am a friendly, empathetic counsellor with 20 years of experience. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I am registered with the 网爆门 and hold a current DBS Check Certificate.

How I help you
- Talking to someone who will liste
