Hello, I’m Anne. I’m interested in hearing about you and what issues bring you to therapy. Together we can work out where these problems come from, and how to move beyond them. Talking in a safe, confidential space is often a liberating experience.

I work with a range of problems and I am particularly interested in relationships. These could be with your partners, parents, your children, your siblings, your friends, or your work colleagues.  If you are partners, you also have the option of couples counselling.

Challenges in life, including for example those arising from anxiety, stress or bereavement, can leave us feeling unsettled and unhappy. Our work together will be to develop the resources you have within you, to help you handle difficult situations and to feel more at ease.

In the first session I ask you a series of essential questions to establish whether we are a good fit.

After this I am very keen to hear your story. I understand how difficult it might be to come to this first session, and I look forward to continuing our work together.
