About me and my therapy practice
My private practice is based at professional consulting rooms on the outskirts of Lymm, with plenty of free parking onsite. Day-time and evening appointments are available. I am qualified to Masters level and experienced in working with both adults and children using a ‘person-centred’ approach. This means that the work we do together will be tailored very specifically to your needs as an individual. We will collaborate to identify the areas of your life that are affecting your wellbeing and explore and reflect on these issues together. The aim is to work towards increased self-awareness and self-acceptance, which in turn helps to develop confidence and trust in oneself so that future challenges are easier to manage. I have experience of working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, work related-stress, bereavement and abuse.

Person-centred approach: My work is grounded in the person-centred approach, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
