About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to Counselling for Change & Wellbeing with ±õ°ùè²Ô±ð,
These days, many people prefer the ease and comfort of online counselling—and it’s easy to see why. Connecting from your own space via Zoom or FaceTime can make therapy feel more accessible and less intimidating. It offers flexibility, saves travel time, and creates a setting that often helps people open up more freely. Since the pandemic, online sessions have become a natural and effective way of working together—and for many, they’re now the preferred choice.
I offer counselling sessions online (Zoom or FaceTime) or by phone,—depending on what feels right for you.
Sometimes life brings us to places that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or simply too heavy to carry alone. You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, past trauma, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity or direction. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it on your own.
Counselling offers a calm and confidential space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening. It’s a space for support, understanding, and meaningful change.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve supported people from all walks of life, across a wide range of issues. My approach is flexible and integrative—tailored to meet your unique needs and shaped by what you bring. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
Getting started
I offer a free initial phone consultation. This gives you the chance to share a little about what’s going on, ask any questions you might have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
I’d be very happy to hear from you.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome,
These days, more and more therapists are choosing online supervision—and for good reason. Whether through Zoom or FaceTime, it offers flexibility, ease, and comfort. Many of my supervisees appreciate being able to connect from home or their practice space, without the added pressure of travel or time constraints. Since the pandemic, this way of working has become not just practical, but genuinely preferred by many.
I offer monthly individual and group supervision online, and have found that this format can be just as enriching, supportive, and reflective as meeting face-to-face. It also means we can work together no matter where you're based.
That said, I also offer supervision via phone or in person—whatever suits you best. I’m happy to tailor our sessions to meet your needs.
Choosing the right supervisor is such an important part of your professional journey. Supervision should be a safe and collaborative space where you can pause, reflect, and explore whatever is coming up in your work. It's a place to feel supported and grounded, while also being gently challenged to grow and develop.
I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ accredited and registered counsellor and a certified integrative supervisor, with over 15 years’ experience working in various settings—including Women’s Trust London, Brunel University London, and in private practice. My approach to supervision is warm, relational, and rooted in creating a space where you can bring your whole self.
I also offer monthly group supervision for up to four participants—currently held online to allow for more flexibility and wider accessibility.
If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a free initial phone conversation. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit.
I look forward to hearing from you.
