I am  therapeutic counsellor who offers counselling and supervision in a non judgemental, confidential safe environment. I offer an initial assessment at £20.00 to establish if we are able to work together. I have been a Therapist since 2001 and work with a varied amount of skills that are tailored to the individual needs of clients. I also offer supervision for therapist and trainee counsellors. I offer flexible appointments for clients. 

I am a Therapist who has a wealth of experience and have been practising in private practice since 2001. I can offer a service tailored to individual needs while reviewing at 4 weekly sessions, this allows you to be in control of your therapy, finding out what is working for you and what is not useful for you. I can work face to face or online, or by telephone, whichever is suitable for you. I like to develope a confidential, trusting, approachable relationship with my clients.

My background is primarily Person Centred style but I have training in C.B.T, Solution Focused Therapy, a trained Moodmaster. And alcohol and Substance Misuse therapy, and work related issues as I currently work as a self employed EAP practitioner

My ongoing C.p.D training has been around Bereavement and Suicide Training, plus Nuero divergent training.

I am happy to answer any further questions in a 1st shorter session 

I offer a 1st session of £20.00 for half an hour. In this session I offer a get to know you session to see if we can work together. I also answer any further questions about the service that I offer and take some basic details about you if you decide that we can work together.

I am a supervisor who specialises in providing supervision in Person Centred and C. B. T.

I deliver Supervision online. 

I have been qualified in supervision since 2004.

My rates are £55.00per 1 and a half hours. With Concessionary rates are £50.00 per 1 and a half hours I am flexible in my working hours. 

I offer Person Centred/humanistic and C. B. T Supervision online. 

I cover areas of addiction/anxiety/depression/grief. 

I have worked in the Nhs and Voluntary Sector/self employment and eap services, and have gained a broad range of knowledge and experience.

When i deliver supervision i provide a comfortable/confidential  and safe environment to discuss your caseload of clients whilst ensuring that you feel supported in your practice. 

I offer a first session at £25.00 for a hour. 

What is included in this session is a "getting to know you" time, in form of an assessment to determine your needs from Supervision, and if we can work together.
