About Me
Psychotherapy is my passion, and I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside each person on their journey of self-discovery and healing. In addition to being a qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor, I have extensive financial services sector. As a psychotherapist and consultant, I am in a unique position to understand and address the pressures that are experienced in corporate life.

What is integrative counselling and psychotherapy?
My approach to therapy is integrative and deeply attuned to your unique story. Drawing from a rich tapestry of models including EMDR and the compassionate insights of Buddhist psychology, I tailor each session to meet you where you are. I also weave in creative and experiential tools alongside psychoeducation to empower you beyond our time together.

Psychotherapy is a gentle process of change, helping you see, feel, and respond to life in new ways. We explore patterns that hold you back, open new possibilities, find clarity, accept where you are, and move toward where you want to be.

My first session
We would usually meet once a week — 50 minutes online or in-person, or 60 minutes if we’re walking together in nature.
Our first step is a free, 20-minute online conversation. It’s simply a chance to meet, to talk about what’s on your mind, and to see how it feels to be in conversation together. You can ask me anything about how I work, and I’ll invite you to share a little about yourself and what you hope for from therapy.
If we decide to begin, we’ll arrange an initial set of sessions. Along the way, we’ll pause to reflect on what’s changing for you, adjusting our work so it truly supports your growth and healing.
