Over the past 11 years I have helped many people with wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, self-esteem, confidence, loss, feeling stuck, parenting, identity and navigating neurodiversity.
I particularly enjoy and have extensive experience working with any form of anxiety as well as issues related to relationships, family dynamics and parenting.
I also have a wealth of experience and interest in supporting mothers and fathers on their journey through parenthood.
Before becoming a therapist and throughout my training I spent many hours working in childcare, alongside families, gaining invaluable insight into relationship patterns, attachment styles, generational pass-down, parenting and coping strategies and how these play out in the wider context in our lives.
I will bring this experience with me into our therapy work. It will help us identify which patterns and coping strategies are keeping you stuck and which make sense to you, help you flourish and are worth keeping and expanding on.
